When will my item be posted?
Unless pre order is stated in the description, your item will be packaged and in the post within two business days. Our preferred carrier is Australia post and your item is sent as a trackable parcel. Depending on where you live, shipping can take 3-6 business days.
I need my item soon! Can I upgrade to express postage?
Absolutely! Shoot us a message via the ‘Contact’ tab and we will sort you out 🙂
My item is the wrong size. Can I exchange?
We ask that you please check the size guides, displayed for each product, and choose carefully. Due to the fact that Worthy items sell out quickly, and we have limited stock, exchange is not possible should you choose the wrong size.
I’m not happy with my item. Can I return for a refund?
We want you to feel WORTHY and amazing in your worthy merch so, if you are unsatisfied you can return your item for a full refund (minus postage)
– Item must be in ORIGINAL, unworn condition and returned at buyers expense via trackable post. Once item is received we will evaluate and if it meets our return conditions we will issue a refund via the method you originally made payment.
